Article Snippet: Electrophoresis was performed in a plaque (70 × 80 mm) over a gel of polyacrylamide, acrylamide (A8887; Sigma)-bisacrylamide (M7279; Sigma), 4–12% with SDS, according to the discontinuous buffer system of Laemmli,[18] using an electrophoretic Mini Protean II Dual Slab Cell camera (Bio-Rad Laboratories®, Hercules, CA, USA), with an approximate run time of 90 min, at a constant voltage of 150 V.
